Refund Policy

All proxy purchase items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Proxy purchase items are purchased upon customer request, and once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Proxy purchase items are often from physical stores or outlet products and may have minor imperfections. Minor imperfections do not qualify for returns or refunds. Our store conducts inspections before shipping to exclude any major defects prior to dispatch.

Minor imperfections resulting from manufacturing processes, transportation, or display differences — including but not limited to slight scratches, loose threads, minor color variations, or packaging marks — are considered normal and do not constitute quality issues, and therefore do not qualify for returns or refunds.

By placing an order and completing payment, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the full terms of this Refund Policy.
